Chassis Plans Offers New Rugged Wallmount Unit.


The W03 with shock mounts is an incredibly rugged open-frame chassis providing for mounting an AT or ATX motherboard or a passive back plane in a shock hostile environment. Examples of use would include coin operated arcade games, Automated Teller Machines (ATM's), kiosks, machine control, NEMA enclosure mounting. To keep costs low, the chassis is cleverly designed to require a minimum number of parts to manufacture

The W03 meets these and other harsh requirements by offering these standard features:

Full-length card support
Adaptable card hold-down bracket for any size card
Four industrial shock mounts isolate entire chassis
Two 92MM 48CFM fans for forced air cooling
Two optional 120MM 106cfm fans for forced air cooling
PS/2 power supply - 150 to 400 watts accommodated, AC or DC input
Redundant power supplies are available
One floppy, one 5-¼" drive (CD) plus up to three internal 3-½" internal drives
Front panel indicators for power. Optional disk activity indicator available
All plug-in card slots full-length
All power and I/O connections at chassis front for easy access
Optimized for high-shock environments
Very low cost
